Project Description:

One of the biggest entertainment, retail, commercial, office blocks, convention center, exhibition pavilions and hotels project proposed in Kuwait. The site is located in South Kheitan, five minutes drive from Kuwait International Airport on a total area of 397,500 m2. The concept design is proposed by HOK, USA in collaboration with OBD. The traffic impact study was done by Parsons Brinckerhoff International, USA.
