Project Description:
A 32 storey office tower with 3 lower floors at basement-1, ground and mezzanine floor as commercial. In addition to the main tower entrance, there is a separate entrance lobby for V.I.P. guests. The building’s external façade is of glass and composite aluminium cladding with maximum glazing on the north side and provides a magnificent view of the Arabian Gulf Sea. The building exterior is extensively landscaped.
