Project Description:
The existing Holiday Inn Hotel underwent a complete transformation through an extension to the hotel’s existing Tower-C by converting the existing residential towers A and B to Holiday Inn furnished apartments, creating a ballroom of 500 person capacity at ground level below the extended pool deck on first floor, in addition to a large meeting room on the second floor, above the existing meeting rooms. The ground level of Towers A and B provide an extension for the existing ground level with 2 additional restaurants and meeting room facilities.
