Project Description
The project consists of two main buildings: The Embassy building (4-storey) and Ambassador Residence (3-storey). Both buildings boast an ancient pharaonic style exterior reflecting the spirit of Egypt First Building: Embassy Building with built-up area 6,300 m2 The basement level consists of two zones; one for a multi-purpose hall of area 330 m2 and the other for car parking and services. The ground floor level consists of a reception hall and entrances for staff and visitors. VIP guests to utilize the additional entry area located at the back. The first floor consists of five office suites. The second floor consists of the Ambassador’s suite, administrative offices and diplomatic staff offices. Second Building: Ambassador Residence with built-up area of 1540 m2 The villa is located at the north end, with a separate entrance. The ground floor consists of a main entrance leading to the reception, dining room and living areas. The first floor is designated for the Ambassador and his family. The second floor comprises two suites for the Ambassador’s guests.
