Project Description:
The new Najaf City masterplan is proposed by Al-Aqeelah Company as an independent self reliant city around the existing Najaf Lake. In addition to the existing lake, water bodies are created within the green spaces of the city. The city offers high-medium and low density housing, centralized commercial and retail areas with entertainment facilities. The primary and secondary education facilities along with community services are located within walking distance from the residential clusters to minimize the use of vehicles. Major green spaces and gardens are planned adjoining the lake.
