Project Description:
The Industrial and Agricultural Logistic Village is being proposed by Bukhamseen Group Holding Company on an approximate land area of six million m2. It is located west of Tenth Ramadan City which is roughly an hour and a half drive from Cairo. The complete site is to be developed with state of the art above-ground and below-ground infrastructure, keeping in mind the present and future requirements of the Logistic Village. The area is to comprise of both open and enclosed storage facilities, including commercial, public and government service areas to cater to the requirements set forth by the various parties of the project.
