The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait had invited entities and consortia from the private sector in Kuwait, to participate in the tendering of a BOT project for the Used Cars Haraj Market located near the industrial area of Mina Abdullah. The purpose of this market is for the sale and purchase of second hand vehicles, in a modern and fully serviced environment.The market is to include complete inspection and repair facilities and on site transfer of ownership service. Public amenities include a mosque, restaurants and restrooms, which are proposed to be located centrally within the project site for convenient access. The project site comprises a total area of 200,000m2.
