A tower simple in form and elegant in its stature is the best way to define this 65-storey high glass and stone clad tower. The first 25 floors are designed as the Intercontinental Hotel with each typical floor holding ten keys. The lower podium floors are utilized for retail, commercial and all other public areas. The project comprises three basements, the lower two are used as parking and hotel services, whereas basement-1 is used as retail and consists of the hotel main kitchen. Separate entrances are provided for hotel, retail and rental offices; retail and hotel lobbies are connected at ground level with distinctive security check for guests. A separate car-park is constructed to be connected to the retail area at mezzanine with an air-conditioned bridge.
