Project Description:
The project is located in Sabhan industrial area, with an overall plot area of 4000 m2 and two floors above ground level. The project is to function as a private media center along with required facilities for TV and production studios. Some of the larger studios are designed as double height spaces with all modern facilities for sound and recording. The basement is utilized for services and storage. The building exterior façade is proposed with diverse colored stones.
