Project Description:
The building is located at the South-East corner of one of the busiest crossings in Salmiya; giving uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf Sea. The building elevations are designed with complete double glazed façade with composite aluminium panels on the roof top. The lower three levels are utilized for retail and commercial purposes with rentable office spaces above.
