Project Description:
A 19 storey commercial office tower with a floor plate area of 200 m2. The tower is designed to allow the complete internal column free space to be let out to individual tenants. Each floor has a view of the main road and the Arabian Gulf Sea. The external façade of the building is double glazed along with composite aluminium cladding.
