Project Description:
The building is designed as a landmark of dynamic form and unique corporate identity for Warba Insurance Company. The challenge was to merge the building with the adjoining existing building of Universal Tower. A top lighted pinnacle is created, allowing the building to be constantly visible from a distance. The external façade of the building is kept simple, with glass and metal. Photovoltaic louvers are provided externally to generate solar power for the building.
