The existing Raed Tower comprises a single 15 storey tower with 2 lower levels as commercial space. The proposed new extension is to be similar, with the existing and new towers connected at the top by 2 floors, creating a unique vacant space between the 2 towers. All materials used for the extension shall match the materials of the existing building.
