In addition to the existing lake, water bodies are created within the green spaces of the city. The city offers high-medium and low density housing, centralized commercial and retail areas with entertainment facilities. The primary and secondary education facilities along with community services are located within walking distance from the residential clusters to minimize the use of vehicles.
