\nA modern abstract, a 45-storey high tower of glass and metal with imposing 32 meter high glazed atrium at ground floor level. A distinct tower which stands out amongst its surroundings. The building consists of three basements, of which the lower two are used for parking and basement-1, ground and mezzanine are designed as commercial areas. The upper 45 floors are offices with a column free rentable area of 400m2 per floor.
